Placing an order. Browse the Spill Store site. Once you have chosen the items you wish to purchase, click on ‘Add to Cart’. You can then click ‘View Basket’ to see your selections prior to clicking the ‘Checkout Now’ to complete your purchase.
Order Processing. The Website enters into a contract with you only when we send an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order and despatch details. Such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and will be subject to the interpretation and enforcement of UK law under the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Whilst your car may be debited before the contract is formed, a full refund will be made immediately if you order is not accepted.
Delivery. Delivery is FREE for orders to the UK Mainland. Please contact us for delivery charges for goods being delivered outside of the U.K. 90% of products are available for next day delivery for orders placed before 1 p.m. Delivery times for larger items may take up to 5 days.
Any shortage or damage must be clearly stated up on the delivery driver’s paper work, and provided to us in writing within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no claim can be made for compensation to the transport company.
Unless you give us written notice within 7 days that the goods do not conform to the contract, then you will have been deemed to have accept the goods.
Delay in Delivery. It is highly unlikely that your item will not be in stock, but should this occur, then you will be contacted immediately with an estimated delivery date, or the option to cancel should you prefer not to wait.
Cancellation Policy. You may cancel or amend your order (or part of the order) placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the despatch process. A full refund will be given via your original method of payment.
Returns Policy. Goods will not be received back for refund under any circumstances without first obtaining prior permission from the seller. Goods and their packaging are to be received back by us within 7 days. Please send an email to sales@spillstore.co.uk Used or damaged goods cannot and will not be refunded. Once goods have been received back in good condition, your credit card will be refunded. Returned goods are subject to a standard re stocking fee of 25% of the original invoice value.
Payment. We except payment by credit or debit card, cheques, and bacs (please contact us for our bank details if you wish to pay by bank transfer) If payment is made by cheque, please allow 4 working days for clearance, as goods cannot be despatched without first having cleared funds in our bank. Payments via credit card will be debited and cleared from your account prior to despatch. If you prefer, you can open a 30 day credit account subject to satisfactory trade references.
