Delivery to the U.K Mainland is FREE of charge.

For orders placed outside of the U.K, please contact us for transport costs.

Most products ordered before 1.00 p.m will be delivered as standard on a Next Day Service via TNT, a signature will be required on delivery, so please bear this in mind when requesting your delivery address.  If you need your order quicker, there is the option of having a timed delivery to make sure you get the products you need when you need them (Please note that there will be an additional charge for timed deliveries)

Some larger items may take up to 5 days, but you will be notified of an expected delivery date.

In the unlikely event that your chosen item(s) are not in stock, you will be contacted immediately with an estimated delivery date, or given the option to cancel your order should you prefer not to wait.

You may cancel or amend your order (or part of the order) placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the despatch process.  A full refund will be given via your original method of payment

Any shortage or damage must be clearly stated on the delivery drivers paper work, and provided to us in writing within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no claim can be made.

Unless you give us written notice within 7 days that the goods do not conform to the contract, then you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods.

Goods will not be accepted back for refund under any circumstances without first obtaining prior permission from  us.  Goods and their packaging must be received back within 7 days in good unused condition.  Used or damaged goods will not be refunded.   A restocking fee of 25% of the original invoice value will applied for returns, and any postage costs applied to the order will NOT be refunded.
